TCU Daily Skiff

The
TCU Daily Skiff newspaper has long been recognized in Texas, the Southwest and nationally as a top publication and for the individual work produced by its student journalists. Although the newspaper and its sister magazine,
Image, operate under the oversight of the Schieffer School’s student publications office, the student news and advertising staffs make all the editorial calls from news to design to advertising.
More than 100 years ago, The
Skiff was founded by enterprising student Ed S. McKinney, whose ambition in 1902 was to keep his efforts at a college education afloat, and the
Daily Skiff evolved into the student-managed news and advertising publication of record of the events, issues, and developments that have affected the TCU community.
Now, in our converged newsroom environment, content from the
Daily Skiff,
TCU360, our new independent website, and TCU News Now, our television news broadcast, is shared in print and online to provide the latest and most comprehensive news coverage of the TCU community that our readers can get.
